| 职责描述:
|
I.Position General Description: Responsible to company management for Planning, organizing, direction and controlling manufacturing activities including production and maintenance to assure that production meets volume, quality and cost requirements in an efficient manner. This position requires close day-to-day hands on oversight of factory operations.
II.Job specifications:
Educational Requirements: Professional Degree in Business Management, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years experience with Manufacturing Process Management in a high volume, component manufacturing environment.
Expertise Required: Managerial: Requires leadership and Team Building Skills. Candidate must have demonstrated skills and experience in building trust at all levels within the organization, closely managing, and mentoring, supervising and holding staff accountable for results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Technical: Expertise in injection Molding, Manufacturing Systems, Re-Engineering Processes, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO/QS. Position requires the need and desire to interact daily with shop floor personnel.
Computer Skills: MS Office Suite, MGF Pro,
Level of English Fluency. Advanced.
Level of Chinese-Advanced
Job Positions that Report Directly: Production supervisors, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Customer Service Reps.

V.Responsibilities:
Develops the production schedule to insure products delivered on time to meet customers’ delivery requirements. Immediately alerts relevant personnel of schedule impediments and corrective actions.
Directly responsible for developing, evaluating and improving manufacturing methods utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, processes, tooling, labor capabilities and standards.
Supervises and evaluates procedures designed to upgrade production methods, equipment utilization and the quality of the finished goods.
Analyzes production programs and estimates man-hour requirements to complete the assigned job.
Formulates and manages the strategies and action plans to achieve production objectives.
Supervises the preparation of reports on production and completion dates.
Advises management of production problems and recommends corrective actions.
Supervises the adequate preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and machinery, minimizing costs.
Responsible for training, motivating and developing the manufacturing staff and promoting and maintain interdepartmental harmony.
Uses appropriate managerial and leadership skills to train staff, establish proper procedural, organizational and staffing changes, as necessary, to achieve corporate objectives.
Insures that adequate controls are applied to materials and that materials are available to meet production requirements.
Insures that preventive maintenance plans are in place and that machine down time is minimized
Develop and qualify local supplier base.
Develop, track, and improve operational metrics
