| 职责描述：
|
Keeping track of & implement any operational financial implications that are related to the project (e.g. land lease payments, change in tax structure etc)
Assist in CARs authorization for land acquisition and design
Assist corporate tax expertise/treasury expertise in designing legal structure
Assist in analysis on maximizing tax benefit by taking the opportunity of this investment
Discuss with corporate treasury team for cash planning and phase of capital injection
Prepare monthly and quarterly cash forecast and closely monitor the cash balance
Lead the application of capital injection and audit of capital injection
Liaison with business finance to prepare ROI update and tax saving projection
Set up in SAP for new division, asset register
Review current payment process and strengthen the control
Requirement:
Solid experience in project management
CPA or ACCA is preferred
Candidate from Big 4 is preferred
Good English speaking and writing
