Job Title: Researcher
Job Responsibilities:
• Work closely with and under Consultants in the recruitment
process for their clients
• Perform research in the talent market
• Market survey of potential candidates for clients
• Cold calling of candidates
• Conducts reference checks and other pre-employment screening
as applicable
• Database management: updating, segmenting, uploading new CVs
and appraisals into Company database
• Assist in job posting, ad content and placement, resume
review, candidate screening and interviewing
• Assist in writing candidate reports for clients
Requirement:
• Bachelors Degree in business/related field or equivalent
experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Not afraid of making cold calls and talking with strangers
• Enjoys working in an energetic professional environment
• Fluent in Chinese and English languages
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to influence and under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer skills including Word and Excel.
