1£®Demand Assessment

We take time to study our clients¡¯ needs and their
unique situation. We¡¯ll discuss with them about the specific
positions and the requirements to the candidates in order to
understand our clients¡¯ expectation regarding candidate¡¯s previous
working experience, professional background and personality.
Meanwhile, we¡¯ll also study the company¡¯s culture, management style
and working environment to ensure that the candidates meet the
employers¡¯ requirements and be willing to work for a long time.
2£®Marketing Research£º
We¡¯ll conduct thorough market research for each project,
utilizing our experiences in previous similar projects and our
database. We also constantly communicate with clients to ensure
a perfect match between the job and the candidate.

3£®Formulating Headhunting Proposal£º
With profound understanding in our client¡¯s industry, together
with the specific position requirement, we¡¯ll formulate detailed
headhunting proposal, specifying our understanding of the
position to be filled, hunting objectives and channels, hunting
plans, payment method of service fee and other relevant
recommendations.
4£®Signing Agreement£º
An agreement will be signed to clarify each party¡¯s
responsibilities, rights and obligations. The clients will then
pay the down payment and provide relevant materials (Job
descriptions, and the company¡¯s business license, etc)

5£®Headhunting & Screening £º
We¡¯ll analyze and screen all the collected information on the
candidates, including their current positions, personalities,
possibility & motive of resignation, and their expected
salaries. We will communicate with clients on a regular basis.
6£®Candidates Interview & Assessment£º
We will prepare an evaluation report based on each candidate¡¯s
working experiences, personalities, management capability,
professional knowledge & skills, working achievements, strengths
and weaknesses, so that the accuracy and relevance of the search
can be ensured.
7£®Candidates Recommendation£º
We¡¯ll submit the information of the candidates who pass our
screening to the clients, and schedule appointments for the
candidates to be interviewed by our clients. We will co-ordinate
the communications between the candidate and corporate client
regarding the terms and conditions of the employment.
8£®Consultation and Follow up Services£º
We offer assistance and counseling to successful candidates on
how to resign from previous employer. We also communicate with
clients on a regular basis to solve the problems that might
arise during the probation. Our follow-up communications and
services can guarantee the satisfactions of both the candidates
and corporate clients.
