For each headhunting project accomplished, our service fee is 16%-30% of the first year's salary of the recruited candidates.

We'll first sign an agreement with clients regarding the service fee. Clients will pay a down payment, with the balance being paid up upon the completion of the headhunting project. The agreement might be revised in light of the actual circumstances.
